I'm starting to miss my 2011.
Nothing much to recap about my last year.
It was bittersweet.

I was exposed to so many things in that year.
I learnt how to give and take.
I was taught a few ways to love correctly.
Someone reminded me to trust more.

It was all good.
I'm good, I hope you too :)

Starting of 2012.
I do not have any resolutions for this year.
I will just go with the flows and see how it turns out.
Downgrading expectations make my life easier I believe.

We need to be grateful with what we already have instead of asking more right?

I'm finally back to the reality.

Presentation in another 5 hours.

Heart thumping too fast, i couldn't feel the beat anymore.

I'm not afraid of the presentation later.

I'm afraid of the piling up assignments and the final year project submission.

Thats it.

Everyone had a good time yesterday.

Laughters.

I miss them.

Their sarcasm.

Irreplaceable.

Christmas & thank you for the gift;

Too much of fun for the past whole week.

Slacking, eating, sleeping, sharing and.. spending :s

Too much for the so-called holidays.

I shouldn't have thought about skipping for one whole week.

I need a space to express myself.
I wish I'm studying really hard at this moment.
Not landing my ten fingers on the keyboard and type.

My body is telling me to stop.

Suddenly I feel that I'm so weak and so breakable.
I tried.. to stand up and go on..life, but, I'm too shattered.

I shared my feelings out to the boy and to myself too.
But deep down I know no one can help me.
I just hope to voice out what lies deep inside my heart.
Not seeking for attention or SOS..
Just maybe, to let myself to feel that there is still someone that cares abt me too.

How've you all been?
I finally back on track after my Offshore.
Was struggling struggling and struggling and also, struggling!
I felt so pathetic for the whole past week.
Never in life, i'm so afraid of an assignment :(
ITS OVER DAMN !!
Sho sho happy :))

But 4 midterms awaiting.
I feel sad again when i know i've not started a single subject yet.
How am i gonnnnna answer all the structure questions with no objectives?
I love to choose A B C D and E.
UNFAIR.

Past week, i did two counselling sessions.
I miss those days when people will come to me and tell me about their problems.
I'm sorry i made you cry.
Its been a whileeee huh and now i'm back i'm back !!
Tell the world, i m cooooooming baaaack !
And, i assume that tonight i will be doing another round of counselling session :x
I love listening to others' love stories, sweet memories or the antonyms.
I get to feel their happy, sad and "wasted" feelings too.

Everytime i speak to them, somehow i'm just telling them about my past experiences and how i dealt with those. I dont know how reliable or communicable they are. I just learned that, time is the best medication for broken hearts. Thats all i can say. I always believe that, after each tear drops, heart grows an inch stronger. Just remember how to stand up and move on. Its nothing wrong with failing or crying. Whats wrong is giving up your life before 10000k times of trying. Human is supposed to face infinity ups and also DOWNS in life before death. Failing once or twice or thrice is not the end of the world. You, you or you.. still have your family and friends right? Think about them first before you think of giving up. I hope you, you or you can through this hard phase of your life.

Its hurt to know that someone does not love you the way h/she used to be. Do not give up first. Try to mend and fix the broken parts. But if mending and fixing did not help, then it is time to face it with brave heart. Leaving someone whom you love that doesn't love you anymore is hurt but what can you do? You tried your best and no more regrets. It is easier said than done, true true. Very true. But remember, these 3 words ; LOVE YOURSELF FIRST.

So what really.

Sometimes the best support is not telling you what is right to do, what is right to say, what is right to think or what is the right time to heal. The best support is when you are going through hell, there is someone to tell you that, "Don't worry, I'm here!"

Anyway, to end this long long blabing post, i would like to say a big big thank you to my lovely friends, housemates, uni mates, course mates, form sixers, good friends, my boyfriend and parents. Thank you for everything you guys did. Be it little or big, i really really appreciate all the efforts. Thank you for the pressies, i love them very much. I had a good 22nd birthday with you guys around. I dont know how to put my feelings into sentences but really, thank you is all i could say. With you all around, i know that i m not insignificant. You, you, you, you and you(s) give me strength to be a better person.

Anyway...a week has passed by.
Managed to settle all my stuffs as planned.
Had a good week with lots of food.
Long long long long long sleep.
Few cups of my favourite coffee.
One precious bubble tea.

I gained few kilos.
But still happy mappy!
And ohhhh, spent my Sunday afternoon with the family :)

I was supposed to celebrate this date with the boy but i dragged the girl along.

Happy-sad-bittersweet stuffs.

I had a good morning,
a moody&bad afternoon,
a sunny evening and
a happy night with Jooee, Hsien and the boy.

I would not say today is a bad day.
Maybe i should say..i did not explode like a bomb which this is something to be proud of!
Well, at least i feel so.
I m not longer the hysterical woman i used to be.
Yelling here and there for no better reasons.
Okkk, maybe there was one.
Self-satisfaction.
But now?
Nuuuup.
I would like to opt that.

No matter how bad a fight gets, do not forget to say the sorry.

Have you ever spilled something awful that caused someone to be so upset and ended up sobbing?

I did and i m so so so so sorry about that.
Spilling piercing words when someone is terribly angry is not a good reason to be forgiven by others.
And learning on how to control temper when someone is terribly angry is another mission impossible.
I understand and i know that so well.
I constantly remind myself not to let anger overtakes me.
And 9/10 times, i failed.
Worse is, i not only spill piercing words, i do a lot of stares too.

Time flies.

When i look at the calendar, its already the half of my 1kth with the boy. Will always remember and appreciate whatever he did for this getaway. The morning where we spent in the car listening to love songs along the journey. The sun shone behind our backs when we had our little stroll along the resort. The run under the rainy storm where you held my hand very tightly. The buggy moment where your hands protectively crossed over my shoulder. The relaxation to just stayed in room and cuddled with each other, did nothing but talked about the future. The moment where we had our dinner and sipped in Gossips by the pool. The swimming session under the rain at night where you told me you will have something to promise me by tomorrow.

The meaning behind all these, i will treasure.

Being honest is really hard.
Sometimes not bcs you do not know what to say or what to react, its the outcome that stops us.
We always think that what would happen if we spilled something beyond bearable.
So, we swallow all those words that were already in the mind and keep them forever in the heart.
But it doesn't mean that we've forgotten them.
We just keep them there.

And let them all out when we no longer can keep them quiet in the heart.

Always bare in mind that, doesn't mean that someone that treats you good, you can take that person for granted in your life. There are too many ups and downs. Appreciate people that would be with you through all these thicks and thins. Its rare to meet someone like that and if you already have one, grab that person tight and love that person with all your heart :)

I've too many thoughts running in my mind right now. I never thought of ignoring my blog. I never thought that i could do so. Too many posts that are already saved in the drafts. When i re-read all of them, i laughed and i cried too. Emotional is the best word to describe my feeling right now. Maybe i should blame the rainy day. Or maybe i should blame on my unrecoverable sickness. I always believe that when someone is sick, they tend to think a lot. When i say a lot, i really mean a lot. A lot as in unnecessary things that keep circling in the tiny brain.

But when someone asked me to share, i hold back and think. What am i really thinking in my mind that make me feel so emotional right now? I don't know and i never know how to make a 2500-words-6-paragraphs story for my literature case study on..

We celebrated Merdeka and Mooncake Festival at ChooChooOtaka's house.

We had barbecue for that night.

Like REAL barbecue.

Bcs i've someone to do all the barbecue things for me.

i used to play candles and lanterns with one of my neighbour friends.

We bought 20 packets of candles every year.

And my dad would make me lanterns.

I remember i chose a car.

My dad curious on why i would chose a car instead of rabbit or any girlie lantern.

Idk why but i felt so cool having a home-made car lantern for myself!

Its been quite sometime i didnt blog about trip or food in details.
I think my skill got rusty.
But, i will still try my best!
Forgive me if i got wrong.

We girls planned this a month back.
The last trip that we had was Penang.
Last year, and i missed all our silly moments capturing tonnes of pictures by the seaside.

Girls can be really powerful sometimes.

At first, i planned to revisit Universal Studio but the plan got cut off.
Time constraint :(
But its okay, place doesnt matter.

But anyhow, this year's trip was a little bit different.

Dropped by Mcd drive-thru bcs i was damn hungry!

Met up with Gorrilla & Otaka.
First stop, Hoe Kee Chicken Rice Balls.

One of Melaka's signature food is Chicken Rice Balls which is nothing but the Hainan style.
Served rice in pingpong sized ball.
Melaka without laplap kai fan is incomplete.
I can eat > than 7 riceballs.

According to them, one shop is famous for its rice and another is famous for its chicken.
As for Hoe Kee, i think they are famous for their chicken.

Hoe Kee's chicken is definitely more tender with fatty smooth slippery skin.

We then ordered another bowl of black beans soup.
They did not seem to enjoy this soup like how i did.
Ended up, i finished this whole bowl all by myself.

My romantic lunch date

Sometimes having lunch alone isn't that bad right?
Haha, i experienced one today after so goddamnlong!
I kinda miss all my drama-rama solo-time being emotional and ~~cried.~~
Okay okay, back to this!

So yeah, i thought that i looked like a fool over there but nope.
I think i m kinda coolyobaby! :D
Apparently, all my lunchdates are on-leave today.
And i had to eat! eat! eat! and eat!
I was thinking where should i settle my own lunch with... only myself :)

Started off with this Tomato Potchips Soup.
Not creamy not cheesy..just tomatossy!
I like it and i had 3 bowls, all by my self.

Everytime i go solo, i will be eating like a cow.
And not feeling guilty at all as there's no one watching you eating like a cow.

I always tend to order this bcs i really really adore the smell of olive oil.
Nothing compares, x.

The Salad Bar session.
I couldn't resist the eggplant, button mushroom, cacciata and thousand island temptation.
I was confused and literally fighting with my brain real hard.
To shake of the not . to . eat . that . much . fatty thinking!

And salad won.

I was trying not to look like a lonely girl.
Most of them were sipping in beers and wine in the afternoon.
Twas cool but i cant do that.
I promised someone not to drink/club without him.
Good girl, woots :p
So i brought along some papers and a pen.
To pretend writing.
Yes, at first i thought so.
But i ended up with a sandwich recipe.

Smoked Salmon & Cucumber Sandwich
200g smoked salmon
1 green cucumber, peeled, seeded, thinly sliced
8 slices of wholesome bread
100g spreadable cream cheese

-discard crusts
-spread some cheese cream evenly on the bread
-top half the slices with smoked salmon & layer with cucumber slices
-cut each sandwich into thirds to make finger sandwiches

Rofl.
Baby, i just had to.

I had a very nice lunch indeed.
Its good to have this kinda moment once in a while.
I m good and i m SO ready for this weekend!

How time flies. Its been a week. I was so busy with my workloads in the office. I strained my eyes to look at the computer screen for > than 10 hrs a day, so kid me not, I do not want to face a screen anymore when I'm back home. Be it computer screen, tv screen or an aquarium. Whatever screen, no no. Spending my few last moments here at the workplace. A part of me want this to end asap but another part of me, refused. Conflicts of emotion. Girls, y'all know, as always. But of course, i will put my best final run for this! I will definitely miss all my colleagues of course, yeap that includes my boss! Haha, i know someone is grinning over there when he reads this. STOP! I mean it LOR, ~~BUDDY!~~ :D

Anyway, all itz well all itz well! I'm glad that I've made till this point though. Twas noooooooooooooot as easy as what you guys thought it would be. SO not! But rambles off. Pointless to talk about it, its ending so YAY! Hehe. I will be off from this for a week or so.. Going for a short trip before starting my new chapter of routine next week. This weekend, I'm sure I will make it to be one of the best with them, him and myself :)

I've so many things I wanted to share but I do not know which to start and where to start. Things are really good so far except some sucky days but I managed to strive through. I feel like crying so loud but I m not that upset actually. I just feel like letting tears to drop for no particular reason. I just feel like I want to. To burn off some stress cells or whatever you think. For me, it helps in a way.

Crybaby? I'm not really one of them. But since people always say, its okay to cry, you will feel better girl. I think this isn't a lie. As I know, I don't get stronger bcs of how many times I on-hold my tears, I get stronger each time thing fucked up but I've no choice other than compromise and move on! And the best thing is, good friends being really supportive. Sending me balloons and icecreams to cheer me up and yes, imaginary things made me smile. Simple? Sometimes. After a smile, I dozed off.

My mom just sent me a message. I miss her. I miss my mom and my eyes are teary when I m typing this. I must be really really emotional these days hmm? Reason? I don't have at all. I just miss her. She told me she gonna pack me Laksa for dinner and I said no. Just pack me 2 siewbaos as I m craving for 2 right now and I've no appetite to have such heavy meal for today. But this woman, she replied, no, we can share girl, half you half mommy and 2 siewbaos as your little reward for being sucha good girl back in KL. Good girl? I doubt. I doubt myself.

As of this time, I couldn't continue anymore.
I need to off so that I will not breakdown in the office.

Mini Kuih Bahulu

August is almost over!

Joy joy!

I thought of making some Kuih Bahulu for teatime at home. I got this Kuih Bahulu machine for few months already and I did not make good use of it. I felt so guilty seeing my Mr. Bahulu lying on the kitchen floor unpacked. Therefore, I decided to try out this recipe from my newly bought cookbook!

Kuih Bahulu is a Malay traditional sponge cake. One of the favourites among Malaysians of all ages. Personally, I like Kuih Bahulu so much. Not really because of the taste but the goldfish-mould Kuih Bahulu! Haha, I will always grab those goldfish-looking Bahulu(s) since young. Simply too irresistible not to put them into your stomach right?! Pop few cutesy size of Bahulu(s) with a cup of hot tea, there you go good weekend :)

Kuih Bahulu Recipe

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup flour (sifted)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 tablespoons cooking oil/butter (optional)

Method:

Heat up the Kuih Bahulu moulds and grease with some butter.

Beat the eggs with an electric hand-mixer until frothy and then add sugar. Continue to beat until the sugar is well dissolved and the mixture becomes sticky.

Add in the vanilla essence and fold in the flour gradually and then add in the cooking oil/butter. Continue to beat the batter with the hand-mixer until well-blended. Grease the kuih bahulu moulds and fill up to the surface level.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove bahulu from the moulds and cool on wire racks. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.

The traditional kuih bahulu recipe doesn’t call for cooking oil or butter, but I find them a tad too dry. Adding the cooking oil/butter makes the kuih bahulu comes off the mould easily. You do not want to eat something that is toooooo dry right? Aha, do not be afraid of fats bcs bcs bcs bcs, remember your hot tea? :)

5-Donburi.

Hi, I'm starting this with my 5-Donburi. Don means bowl and Buri must be rice in Japanese! Haha! This is one of the meals I made as a lunch delivery. I was thinking very hard how to make dull rice to look a little bit more fun.....and appealing! To give him some moral supports during his workhours. And yeah, I came out with this idea. Mixing everything that I diced altogether. Perfect colour combination and taste too. Full with proper nutrients as well :)

Ingredients :

2 eggs add a little of baking soda (lightly beaten in 1 direction)
1 Lap Cheong, Chinese sausage (diced)
5 shiitake mushrooms (soaked in cold water and diced)
Few long green beans (wash, drain and diced)
100g minced pork
Rice (depends on how many people)
6 prawns (peeled)

Rice :

The rice that I prepared for this dish is slightly different. I added 2 cloves of garlic with the skin on, lightly pat with the knife, some shallots and shallots oil, pork fats, 1 tbsp of chicken broth/stock, sesame oil, salt and 3 screwpine leaves. Boil all of the ingredients in a rice cooker like boiling normal type of rice. Sounds something like chicken rice eh? Exactly a cheated version :D

Or you can always use normal white rice without any seasonings.
No problem with that.

Methods : Cook all in a pan. Do not wash the pan after each ingredient.

Marinate minced pork with 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1 tsp of salt, cornstarch, sesame oil and dashes of white pepper. Leave for at least 30 mins.
Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a non-sticky pan. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs and stir in one direction. Make them into egg dices. As long as it is cute enough to put on the rice and then set aside.
Using the same pan, add in another 1 tbsp of cooking oil and fry the chinese sausage until fragrant and change into darker red colour under medium-heat. Once it is done, take only Chinese sausage out but leave the oil in the pan.
Put in the minced pork and fry it for 5 mins. Do not need to add any additional seasonings as it has been marinated beforehand. Just continue stirring it for 5 mins and add a little bit of water if it is too dry. Take it out after all the minced pork no longer pink in-colour. Set aside.
In the same pan too, put in the diced mushrooms and stir fry it for 2 mins. Then add a little bit of soy sauce, salt and sugar. Add a little bit of water too. Let it simmer for 10 mins so that the seasonings are well absorbed into the diced mushrooms. Set aside.
The last part would be frying the diced long green beans with a little bit of minced garlic and oyster sauce. I will not say how much you want to put in for the oyster sauce part because i think everyone has different taste buds. Add according to your own preference. Stir fry for 10 mins and set aside.

Ps : Just taste for addtional seasonings.

Of course the next step will all depends on your creativity on how to arrange your 5 types of ingredients. All yours! Make sure you do it neatly and clearly state the border line for each of every ingredient so that it looks cool and.....appealing :)

The buddy likes to eat prawns so i just added 6 prawns ontop of the 5 beautifully-placed ingredients as bonus! Oh, do not forget to wash your prawns under running water for at least 5 mins and peeled the shells off. Rub the prawns with some salt and wash. Then marinate them with some salt, sesame oil, dashes of pepper and baking soda. (To ensure the crispiness) and fry them after dipping into tempura mixture.

I'm glad that he actually liked it very much!

Simply got into a bookstore just to kill time. Those were the times. Things are a little different since we both start working. No more spending time like a carefree soul. Getting too tensed up with some matters of life. Very unpredictable but at the same time, we learn to appreciate them. We grow through all these. Hard? Yes, of course. Hello! I love Rome, Dome, Rome, Dome.......... Dome! :)

Dome serves the best Caesar Salad so far compared to all the Caesar Salad i had before. I like their salad dressing. It goes well with the fresh veggies on da plate. Must, order!

This cafe not only serve the best Caesar Salad of course. Speaking of cafe only, of course every cafe serves variety of drinks too. From caffeine to juices from juices to light-n-easy drinks. Most of them are really good. I like the fresh brewed coffee that Dome serves. With the amt of money you spend in Dome, it will definitely satisfy your taste bud.

Its good to sit down for a cup of coffee after a long shopping-walk :)

Erps, yeap.. Idk whether this is right or wrong but I just did. Its not that I don't enjoy working here but repetitious work and sitting all-day-long in an office for more than 8 hrs really not my cuppa tea. I hope this decision is a final one from me. I do not wish my fickle-minded attitude comes back. This is, f-i-n-a-l girl.

Old enough to decide and old enough to face it.

I'm addicted in trying new dishes on the weekends currently. Haha, glad that mom liked most of them and of course, the boyf (my only one food reviewer!) Somehow he motivates me to try more and more with all the compliments and..... encore encore please. Hehe. Besides cooking, maybe I should start with gardening too! Haha, my sunflower seeds and cactus collection should back in action! And not forgetting, visiting bookstores with the boyf. He loves that, we love that :)

Helloooo there! We went to Oneu the other day for some shopping. So heh, the buddy brought me to the Robot Sushi for teatime. Teatime, teatime! I looove teatime! :D At first, i thought it has robots serving us sushi! You know like gundam gundam gundam walking around with little jap rolled rice with their roller skates but no! But anyway, i like the concept of this restaurant. TOTALLY different from those typical jap restaurants :)

Rakuzen, Subang Jaya

I like Japanese food.

Idk why but i feel healthy when i m dining in Japanese restaurant. Oocha to digest food is still the best. I simply fall in love with Rakuzen dining experience. Twas my 3rd time here and i had the FRESHEST sashimi still. Hehe yum!! The food presentation and authentic taste in Rakuzen makes me appreciate the Japanese art of food even more. When you mention about Rakuzen only, people would know there serve "decent Japanese cuisine".

Unless you plan to go there earlier or else better make a booking to avoid disappointment.

Heh, i got this when i put my shoes inside the locker :)

Personally, i like their simplistic decoration. There are wooden tables and wooden chairs all around Rakuzen. A long countertop where you can see their workers slicing the raw stuffs, wrapping handrolls and etc there.

The first dish we ordered - Tobikko Salada. This bowl of salad is so so yummy and we liked it so much! The crab meat, fish roe, vege, tomato slice and their special thousand island topping is a very perfect combination. *gulp*

Saba Terriyaki.

Ahhh, i liked this a lot too.

The terriyaki sauce makes everything 100%!

♨ Black Sesame Paste Tong Yuen ♨

Had a nice gathering last night with some of the secondary friends. After years, we finally reunited. Everyone seemed to change so much. From hair to toes. Physically and mentally as well. Hehe. Its a good thing tho. Nothing stays the permanently except changes but as long as we are alright with that so why not adapt some changes right? All these shifts in life make us grow :)

Heh, right after the gathering. I had black sesame paste tong yuen. My sweet tooth last night was really terrible. I craved for this black thing wrapped inside a white ball. It was 12 in the midnight. So no choice, i had to fulfill my crave or else i will be insomnia the whole night.. Oh boyyyy :(

Ingredients:

1) Glutinous rice flour/Tepung Pulut

2) Water - depending on how much rice flour you use

3) 1/4 cup black sesame seeds

4) 1/4 cup sugar - Malacca sugar is preferable

5) 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter

The black sesame paste.

I do not have a mini food processor in my kitchen to grind the black sesame seeds so i had to do it manually by hands. I used cup to pound all the black sesame seeds into powder-kind. You need to be really patient to do this. I pounded for like an hour to get really smooth kinda texture.

Method:

1. Lightly toast the black sesame seeds until you smell the aroma of the black sesame seeds.

2. Transfer them out and let cool.

3. Use a mini food processor or pound the seeds manually until they become really fine.

4. Transfer the ground black sesame into a non-sticky pan, add sugar and butter/pork lard and stir well to form a thick paste.

Ps: If too dry add butter/pork lard.

Mix the glutinous rice flour with water until it forms a smooth paste and no longer sticks to your fingers. Divide them equally to 16-20 balls. Flatten each ball on your palm and then pick up some black sesame paste and lay it in the middle of the flatten ball. Fold and seal.

Ginger syrup:

5 cups water (will reduced to 4 cups after boiling)

1 cup sugar/Malacca sugar

4 old gingers (pound)

1/2 teaspoon of sweet crysanthemums (optional)

2 screwpine leaves of pandan leaves (tie them into a knot)

Prepare the ginger syrup by boiling water. Add ginger and pandan. Boil for 10-15 minutes with medium heat. Add sugar and sweet crysanthemum and boil for another 5 mins.

Serve hot :)

♨ Bolognese ♨

I love cooking. I can just sit infrnt of the computer for hours just to browse through numerous of different recipes! Really. My mom feels weird because she always has a perception that online recipes are never right. Never work. Never delicious and yay, the list goes on and onnnn. You know mothers? They are all the same.

I love shopping for groceries on the weekends. Looking at different kinda vegetables/stuffs makes me so happy! Oh not forgetting my weekly-wetmarket-visiting! Ooooook, sounds aunty-ish but hrmmm, thats my little hobby. Heh, so apparently when i was doing the usual groceries shopping-week with the buddy, i had the sudden urge to encore Bolognese.

I love Bolognese.
A super super fanatic one :D

But i think Bolognese is really a no-brainer recipe. With just one click, everywhere is Bolognese. You people should really try this out this weekend! With the companion of a cup of tea, oh good life there you spell! Nothing fear, just do it and then you will be on cloud 9! Hehe!

Ingredients:

Normally i will choose either Hunt's or Prego for the sauce.
And choose something with mushroom.
It tastes better than the original one.

Capsicum.
I like to use only green capsicum.
Taste wise, i really only prefer this!
No yellow or whatever red :s

This time i chose to use minced pork instead of chicken or beef.
If you have any herbs in yr kitchen, do marinate with it.

1 packet of spaghetti, you can add dashes of salt and oil together for boiling. Oil is added so that the spaghetti will not stick together when it is done. Add some olive oil and herbs into the cooked spaghetti and leave it cool.

1 can of button mushroom or shiitake - cut into thin slices
1 large onion - chopped
1/2 bulb of garlic - chopped
2 slices of cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon of butter and some olive oil

Flavoring:
Grab anything that you have in your kitchen and chuck all in! Haha, joke. Something like dried herbs, red wine vinegar, salt, freshly ground black pepper and voila!

Method:
1. Heat butter and olive oil.
2. Fry chopped garlic and onion till fragrant and brownish.
3. Add in the marinated minced pork.
4. Stir for 10 minutes, till turned colour.
5. Add in Prego/Hunt's sauce, capsicum and mushroom plus all the flovourings.

Ps: Do not add cheese yet. Slow cook for at least 40-45mins so that the minced pork is well blended with the sauce. Besides that, this lengthy cooking can bring out the flavour of the onions, garlic and capsicum with the tartness of the tomatoes.

As for the cheese, add in just before turning off the fire. The cheese will just melt and dance happily! Taste and add more seasonings if required. The sauce mustn't be too sour so adding a teaspoon of sugar may enhance the taste to a better level.

I like to add bacon for my pasta. Be it Bolognese or Cabonara. I simply love bacon to the chore. Its like, pork! *winks* Fry the bacon until crispy and thinly sliced. Plus, i do add few sprinkles of Pescano cheese too.

I know it is such a short period. I never thought that this would ever happened. It is really something unpredictable. My heart sank when i knew that you left my world. This is the first time i encountered my pet left me because of sickness. I used to let go my pets willingly before this. Turtles and fishes. This time, somehow different. As well as the feeling too. I wasn't able to hold back my tears no matter how hard i did not want them to flow. Tears were nonstop flowing when the buddy called me to inform me that Chipper wasn't moving anymore. Truth is, both of us were crying. Twas sucha bad bad bad bad day for us. Sleepless night. Finally i know what is the feeling of losing your favourite pet. Sorry, i never did last time.

He got me another one when i thought of just send the lonely one back to the shop and hoping that they would adopt him instead of just keeping him solely in the cage. But anyhow, he got me a new one.. Thank you, i appreciate but Chipper, you will always be remembered.

I m not allowed to surf improper websites when i m working. I feel soooo "losing touch" with the world. Its like forbidding me to go to Facebook and blogspot, seems like thats the end of my world. I must really stop relying on Fb that much. Do something better right? Like sleeping! Heheeehe! Srly, i lack of sleeps these few days. I got very tired once 10 strikes. Pretty useless. I used to stay up till 3-4am before this but now? Old lady, go-to-sleep!!! The most i can stand till is 12.30am and then i will call it a day. The buddy thinks i m so weird in behaving this way. Keke, tired lah boy :(

Tonight, homealone. The sister is having her teambulding course in Putrajaya for 2 days and the broinlaw is out for happy hour! Haha, men.. Never change :D but its alright lah since he is not doing this every single day so it is still acceptable for normal woman. Err, i mean my sis. Or else, she will cry her eyeballs out infrnt of her pitiful hubby! Hahaaha. Joke. Love seeing both of them fight for no particular reasons and the way they both shoot each other. I had spaghetti and fried rice for my dinner. It was a combination of western and chinese. Damn nice and fattening but i m happy having fat and calorie meal! It triggered my happiness in split second! Hehehehe. I dont dare to weigh myself before i will starve to death for the rest of the days. And oh, i thought of driving out for Chatime too but the laziness save me from gaining few kilos. Haaa, benefit from being a lazy girl! So.. Who says laziness will kill you? SAVE YOU! LONGLIFE WITH LESS KILOS AH! -.-" I know i m really outta my mind now and idk how :( I need time to move faster faster faster and faster! Why, cant i have a clock with millions of leopards on it? Tmr is my dad's birthday. I m still thinking what to buy for my old man. He wears tshirt and short pants out all the time so no more buying him nice shirts lor right? Aiya dad, why must you always wear like an apek although you are already an apek. I know, everybody knows! :x Ok back to this. I think i will just get him a bottle of wine. He likes wine. He likes cigarette too. He likes beer too. He likes fat food. Oooookay... Now i realised my beloved old man here likes all the unhealthy things. BAD! So, i should just get you a plaster and stick it on your mouth because you need a tool to consume all these things right? Ok, plaster ON!!!

I want to have a shopping holiday after my training. I will be having a month break and then the buddy has to go back to his studies and me will be all alone in Seremban. So i thought of having a solo shopping trip! To try all the clothes, irritate the salesperson by trying them all and do not buy even one! Wahahahaha, GOOD IDEA! I should really give it a try. You you you you you know i m not joking right? I m pretty serious with this statement. It makes me laugh at myself because of my own lameness. I couldn't help it sometimes. I need some entertainment and TV and food and friend and and family and boyfriend are not that enough, yet :D

We had already decided on our "year end trip" and this time, we must really enjoy this getaway after all the bloody unnecessary stress! Life is really stress ah! And i cant find a good reason for it. Seems like nothing to do also will cause someone to be stressed out eh? But if a person with tonnes of workloads, that person will break down too! Oh gosh, why life so so so so bloody complicated lah? Simple, big big liar pants on fire!!! We just need to worry about all the things surround us no matter we want it or not right as we are not given with a choice isnt it? Have to face it and go! But, goooooo..which way? Thats the most difficult question so far.

Since i started to work, i m meeting different kinds of people everyday. They carry different personalities and faces too. I started to feel a little scared and hold my guards up to certain people now because i learned that some people can be really good with you at this moment and the next, they will just talk behind your back before you even know what you did! Very sad and i know this is reality. I will not say that i m an "attitude" person. I m not and i believe no one is. What i want to highlight here is, know your limit. Do not go overboard before karma hits you. I m not cursing. I m just reminding myself too, indirectly. Someone once told me that if i do not adapt with all these new environments then i will be extinct sooner or later. I couldn't agree more with this statement. Its not that it taught me to be fake so that i could fit in. Its just that, i learned to stay silent when i know there are thousands of hundreds of objections inside me because i know once i voice all my objections out, they might wont agree too. It somehow save me from troubles when i m in working world. It reminds me what is my position and what should i say with my current position. I think.

I guess i will miss my working life anyway. Idk why but i know i just will. I do met few nice people in my workplace. They are really funny and comfortable to be with. They always give me precious advise that i couldnt find in my study place. Dont get me wrong. I've few good friends back in Uni too. They helped me with my assignments and finals. But most of the people i encountered in my 3 years of Uni life seems selfish except few of my good friends. They are really those types that will laugh at your worse. They are really those types that will just let you jump into a deep pool without a life jacket. I couldn't find back the feeling i had in secondary school. All the schoolmates were so nice and helpful eventhough you and her are just a "HI-and-BYE" friend. As time goes by, it fades..

Seems like most of the things in life will eventually fade away along with its time even you want it to be or not. It is just a matter of fact that you need to accept. This is also a part of life to live with it before you achieve everything. A starting to train you to be someone better. I always think THIS IS SO HARD and no doubt..

I still think it is.

But, we are tough people. Everybody complains is hard but no one is giving up. So no one is really weak in a sense. The difference is, some people need extra break than the others.

Hello midyear :)

Its July. What are you gonna do for the next half year of 2011 before it ends? I always wanted to do smtg extraordinary. I wanted to feel some thrills in my life so that it would be exciting. But, it always end with zero plan. I tried but it just did not work in the end. Thr are too many things to worry abt. No longer those carefree days like years years years back when i was still a kid. I can do whatever i want at wherever place. Those were the times. Where are you my carefree days?

I laughed a lot today. We laughed a lot today. We had pizza and salad in our favourite restaurant after his work. We had Moist SR for our dessert. I felt so good to see him after one whole week. Hello :) I just got back from dinner with the buddy. And seems like i abandon this page of mine eh? I was too tight up with all the daily repetitious work. Its boring yeah but i have to go on with that. No choice but stay put. I wished i could just quit, and goooooooooooooooo. But no, so its kinda sad. Ah, kaaay, lets stop talking with work.

How are you? I hope you are doing fine over there. June is ending and here comes the July. I hope i can have a short getaway after all these shits. Its really depressing sometimes when i start to think about it. I couldnt shut my mind from unnecessary thinking tho. It just keep circling and circling and also circling rd the brain. I love you, you love me, do not solve all the upcoming issues. to maintain is another story because life is not only one day. after all, the reality tells me that people will somehow go through all kinda test before coming to its end. bad/good. not just an "I LOVE YOU" can solve all the misery sometimes. we need to put in our efforts and trust. there are many unexpected things in life and we must be bold to face them. but i always believe that, we must experience some vulnerable things in the past only then we will understand the reasons behind them, change ourselves, accept the changes and keep reminding ourselves like a recording tape.

This is the most anticipated weekend for me. I waited for this for quite sometime. Idk whether is this normal to all the working people out there? I was really dying for this weekend for the past few days. Although my working place isnt that bad after all but...... You know..... Just but!

Such an unlucky week for me. Its only the first week, side mirror gone. By the end of my internship, maybe all the mirrors for my car will go missing. I can save petrol then. Windy max! Gosh, really really really dark weekdays. I hope all these will end soon.. Let me pass through this internship without any extreme hardships, can? Little ones, please? :/

Jam here and there. I know i shouldnt be complaining about traffic in PJ bcs it is already well known as one of the most congested areas in Msia but i just couldnt stop myself in complaining. I need to rush back home everyday aft work just to avoid jam and also fight for a bloody parking place. The funny thing is, the parking place is not even an allowable one oh my goodness! Its like at the roadside weeiiiii! Polices will just issue you a summon anytime they want and yet, people here are fighting for it! Worse is, my sis will randomly send me a text saying come home earlier as AcidMan is all around KL -.-" I really takut of all these ehhh.. With the snatching nightmare smr.. I run all the way home once i done parking. Its dumb but no choice~

Haha, yes. I-City situated in Shah Alam, Klang. A place that full of lights here and there. Colourful lights, i think? Consisted of blue, yellow, red, green, white, pink, and blablablabla.. I forgot :s If you are planning to go to this place, please please please, be prepared. You guys need to pay RM10 for the parking fee! Idk why so expensive but i treated that as our entrance fees. I felt better that way (:

When i was in Highschool, i often came across many of prom nights through the media. I never experience one myself though. This time, different. I decided to participate. Not only in attending a prom night but also i feel like going through the coming-up-with-an-event stages.

Heh, it was memorable for me and i learnt a lot in this event.

Sometimes when you are working with different kinds of people, you will tend a lot from them too. Especially, their attitudes. I always have a thinking that i need to start involving in this kinda event before i enter the working life. When i start to work, i need to deal with different circles of people too because of the career path i chose.

So yea, i did not regret.

Hmm, such a tiring day today. Was at the campus most of the time. Looked after the booth, caught up with the sales, attended a briefing, had a really short nap, dance practices and meeting afterthat. It was such a hectic day but surprisingly, i learnt nothing much today. The weather made me so lazy. Bruno Mars sings out what my heart wants to say. It was really bad. Raining since the morning. Made me so reluctant to get up from the bed. Luckily, i will not feel that lonely here with this little not-living thing around that always stuck inside my pillow, everyday.

I m not feeling well these few days. Belly has been aching since i came back to Malacca. You know, i really miss home. I wanted to go back and spend every morning with the grandparents or just simply tuck in at home. Anything, just anything.. Definitely would be better than staying in Ixora. Home is always the best right? Had minor arguments with mom lately. She refuses to talk to me so yeah, i shall see how then. Even the olds at home want people to pamper them. I thought only teenagers need attention from their parents. Never know things changed so drastically.

No matter what, they brought me up.

Lately, i m not that good in controlling my own temper. I throw tantrums very often. The nerve that controls my anger isn't that well-behaved after the holidays. Little things would make me burst and breakdown. Causing a lot of unnecessary arguments. Little little things that maybe do not even exist at all, yeah, we fought over those petty things. I know, no one relationship that could avoid arguments but i guess, the frequency of it, too high in this month. Every single ILY or IMY that comes right after each fight, very precious indeed. But it was never that easy to go through those fighting moments.

Hok lei wa zai, no matter how bad the fight gets, never ever say give up. Everything jau possible geh. After all, we both are still learning. Sometimes, throwing temper or having emotional breakdown isn't something big. Especially when we are both facing uncountable stress. Heading towards a new phase of life needs a lot of courage and determination.

Its past midnight again. I like to blog after 12. It feels good to type something in this silent silent night. Hehehe. Its good to come here and blurt everything you wanted to say after inserted tonnes of educational facts in your brain. Studies? Hmm, finals coming coming! Stop frustrating about finals. There is no other way out other than face it with bold bold spirit. Its something i cannot avoid. No one could lar actually. Unless you want to drop out from the college, you may do so. Be crazy. Skip finals, extend at least a year, run away from the reality and then you shall face all the circumstances yourself.

Its week 6 right now. In another 2 weeks, there goes my last sem for my second year! Left another 2 practicals for lab, a conclusion for my Final Year Project, dance performance and Prom Night's working committees, its our last run! and then i will be heading for my internship! Thats all about it then.. Woooots, i can't wait to explore new experience! Though i'm little scared deep down but no worries! Aza aza fight is the spirit! :D

Past weekends were totally filled up with this&that. Was pretty exhausted but all worth it (: Learnt numerous lessons apart from educational stuffs. Life, too much to live it.
